MoySklad integration: 3D printing orders into your accounting without manual copying
Price and manage orders in 3D Print Pricing, keep accounting in MoySklad. An order goes to MoySklad as a customer order with one button.
What it does
- Order → customer order: the document is created with one button on the order page.
- Counterparty: looked up in MoySklad by the exact client name and created only if not found.
- Line items: the printed part, each service line and a separate marketing markup line — the items add up to the order sale price.
- Re-export updates the same document instead of creating a duplicate. Optionally auto-export when the order status changes or it is marked paid.
What is not there yet. Stock is not synced, statuses and payments are not pulled back from MoySklad, and there is no 1C integration.
How to connect
- 1Create an API access token in your MoySklad account.
- 2In 3D Print Pricing open Settings → Integrations and paste the token: it is checked with a live request and stored encrypted.
- 3If your MoySklad account has several legal entities, pick the organization for documents.
- 4Open an order and press Export to MoySklad, or enable auto-export in the integration settings.
FAQ
What data is sent to MoySklad?
The counterparty, the order line items with amounts and matching service products. Stock levels and the material catalog are not sent.
Will re-exporting create duplicate documents?
No. Re-export updates the same customer order and fully replaces its line items.
How safe is the token?
The token is stored encrypted and is never shown after saving. The Disconnect button erases it.
Can orders be exported automatically?
Yes, as an optional setting: auto-export fires when an order reaches the chosen status or is marked paid. An export failure never blocks saving the order.
