What do I get in the 21-day trial?

Full Web Plus with no caps: FDM and SLA calculator with every module (taxes, marketplaces, packaging, shipping), warehouse, documents, backup, web dashboard and mobile app. No card required. After the trial you auto-switch to Lite — your data stays.

What happens to my orders and printers after the trial?

Everything stays in your account. On Lite there are limits: 2 printers, 15 filaments/resins, 15 models, 30 orders, 5 clients, 2 dryers. Extra records stay read-only until you subscribe or trim down.

Are web and mobile the same data?

Yes. One account, real-time sync over WebSocket. Quote an order on the phone in the workshop — it pops up on the desktop a second later, and vice versa.

How do Bambu Lab printers connect?

Via MQTT bridge to Bambu Cloud. You drop your Cloud token in the dashboard and we pull live status from every printer: current layer, hot-end temperature, ETA, errors. No webcam, no extra app.

What payment methods do you accept?

Web: YooKassa (Mir/Visa/MC cards, SBP, YooMoney). Mobile: in-app purchases via App Store / Google Play / RuStore. Monthly, yearly, or one-time lifetime.

Can I import G-code or 3MF from my slicer?

Yes. Drop a file from Bambu Studio, Orca, Cura, PrusaSlicer — we pull weight, time, filaments by colour and printer load.

What other printers are supported besides Bambu Cloud?

Besides the cloud MQTT bridge for Bambu Lab, there's a separate local agent — a small Python script you run on your own computer that streams status to your dashboard over WebSocket: Bambu Lab over LAN, Creality K1/K2, FlashForge, any Klipper printer via Moonraker, and OctoPrint. 6 brands, three protocols (MQTT, WebSocket, REST) under the hood — on the printer card it all looks the same: layer, temperature, errors.

Are there free tools without signing up?

Yes, the Tools section — 9 free public generators and converters, no account: an STL/3MF viewer, format converter, lithophane generator, G-code analyzer, filament spool calculator, lamp shade and vase designers, a printer picker, and a document generator. They run right in the browser and the result downloads immediately.
