Ozon, Wildberries and Yandex Market integration: orders, stock and unit economics
Connect marketplace accounts with an API key: orders land on your workshop kanban board, stock is written off automatically and the marketplace fee is built into price and profit.
What it does
- Price with the marketplace fee: pick Ozon, Wildberries or Yandex Market in the calculator — the fee is included in the price and profit calculation.
- Orders to kanban: orders and their statuses are pulled from the marketplace account into your workshop.
- Stock: an order for an item in finished-goods stock goes to Order assembly, the stock is written off and restored if the order is cancelled.
- Unit economics: marketplace charges (fees, logistics) are matched to products by SKU and show profit per SKU.
What is not there yet. By default the portal only reads from your account. Writing to the marketplace — stock, prices, cards and order actions — is switched on separately in the connection settings, where available for that marketplace.
How to connect
- 1Create an API key in the marketplace account — step-by-step guides exist for Ozon, Wildberries and Yandex Market.
- 2In 3D Print Pricing open Settings → Integrations → Marketplaces and paste the key: it is verified before saving.
- 3Match marketplace products with your workshop products (by SKU).
- 4Orders appear on the kanban board and profit per SKU appears in marketplace finances.

Which marketplaces are supported?

Does the portal change my prices and stock on the marketplace?
Only if you turn it on. By default the portal only reads data; writing stock, prices and cards is enabled in the marketplace connection settings.
How is the fee handled?
A marketplace has a fee percentage in the calculator; for Wildberries it is filled in automatically by product category. Actual charges come from the marketplace finances.
Are API keys safe?
Keys are stored encrypted, never shown after saving, and saved only after a successful connection check.
