Acquiring: the bank's card payment fee

One rate for the whole account that is automatically built into the cost of new orders.

Acquiring is the percentage a bank or payment service takes for processing a card payment. It is usually 1.5–3%.

How it works

  1. Open "Settings → Taxes" — the "Payment processing (acquiring)" card is below the taxes block.
  2. Turn on "Include acquiring fee in calculations".
  3. Enter the "Acquiring rate, %". The value is saved automatically when you click out of the field.
  4. From now on the rate is included in new orders as a separate expense line, alongside tax and the marketplace commission. You can see it in the order breakdown and in "Analytics → Finance → Deductions".

Unlike taxes and marketplaces, acquiring is a single rate for the whole account, not a list.

FAQ

What if the client paid in cash? Turn the switch off before calculating, or adjust the fee amount manually in the order.

Is acquiring calculated on the discounted price? Yes, just like tax — on the amount the client actually paid.

If something goes wrong

Acquiring did not appear in old orders — it applies to new calculations; in an old order, click "Recalculate". If you need a different rate for different payment methods, use the manual fee adjustment in the order.
