Language, currency and theme

You can adjust the interface to suit you. These options only change how things are displayed.

How it works

• Language. The workspace is available in 11 languages; Russian and English are fully translated. Choose a language with the switcher in the site header or in the app settings.
• Display currency. On the website, use the currency button in the header (for example "₽ RUB", next to the language switcher); in the app, it is in Settings. 24 currencies are available, including rubles, US dollars, euros, Brazilian reais (R$), tenge, hryvnia, Belarusian rubles, som and złoty. Amounts in the calculator, orders, warehouse, documents and printers are shown in the selected currency, and the exchange rate updates automatically. With the Portuguese interface, the real is selected by default.
• Theme. In "Settings", choose light, dark or system. In the app, the dark theme is available on the Basic plan and above.

FAQ

Will this change my subscription payment? No. A subscription on the website is always paid in rubles through YooKassa; the currency setting is display only.

Does this change the orders themselves? No, the choice only affects how amounts are shown on screen.

If something is wrong

Some text is still in Russian: the translation is incomplete in some languages. Let support know and we will fix it. If an amount in a document does not match the screen, check the display currency and regenerate the document.
