Personal Data Processing Consent

Last updated: July 2, 2026

Acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, and confirming my legal capacity, I (the "Data Subject") hereby grant consent to Ivan Maksim Andreyevich (a self-employed individual under the special tax regime "Professional Income Tax", Taxpayer ID (INN) 4308881820, the "Controller") to process my personal data on the terms set out below.

This consent meets the requirements of Art. 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006. Ticking the corresponding checkbox during registration is treated by the Controller as the Data Subject's consent within the meaning of Art. 9(1) of that law. The fact and time of granting consent coincide with the moment of account registration; the IP address and User-Agent recorded at registration are stored in the Service's general technical logs (see the Privacy Policy).

1. Controller Receiving Consent

Ivan Maksim Andreyevich, a self-employed individual under the special tax regime "Professional Income Tax" (samozanyaty), Taxpayer ID (INN) 4308881820 — hereinafter the "Controller". Contact for data processing inquiries: print.calculator.3d@gmail.com.

2. Personal Data Covered by This Consent

  • email address (login), password hash (irreversible — the plaintext password is not available to the Controller);
  • name and avatar photo — only if the Data Subject filled these in their profile (optional);
  • identifier, name, and email from a Google, Yandex, or Apple ID account — only when the corresponding sign-in method is used;
  • Google Drive or Yandex Disk access token — only if the Data Subject voluntarily connected one of these services to back up their own files;
  • IP address, User-Agent, session cookie identifier;
  • date and time of registration, logins, and actions in the Service;
  • account content that the Data Subject enters into the Service themselves (orders, clients, materials, printers, settings, calculations);
  • if a Bambu Lab cloud account is connected — that account's email and the serial numbers of printers linked to it (only upon voluntary activation of the integration);
  • when paying for a subscription — the fact, amount, and date of payment (bank card details are not transmitted to or stored by the Controller — payment is processed by the payment partner, YooKassa).

3. Purposes of Processing

  • concluding and performing the License Agreement (Public Offer) for use of the Service;
  • identifying the Data Subject when logging into their account;
  • providing the Service's functionality under the subscription obtained;
  • notifying about account activity and security incidents;
  • providing technical support and consultations;
  • protecting the account and the Service from unauthorized access and password-guessing attacks;
  • generating anonymized usage statistics for the Service.

The Controller does not use the Data Subject's personal data for advertising, marketing, or targeting purposes, and this consent does not cover such use.

4. Processing Operations Covered by This Consent

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (disclosure, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data — both with and without the use of automation tools (Art. 3, 152-FZ).

5. General Description of Processing Methods

Processing is carried out using a mixed method (automated processing using computer equipment and, where necessary, non-automated processing) on servers physically located in the Russian Federation.

6. Disclosure to Third Parties

This consent covers the transfer of personal data to the following recipients, strictly to the extent necessary for the Service to function:

  • Selectel (JSC "Selectel", Russia) — hosting provider: the server, database, and file storage are physically located in the Russian Federation.
  • Google LLC (USA) — when signing in with Google, and upon voluntary connection of Google Drive for file backup.
  • Yandex (Yandex LLC, Russia) — when signing in with Yandex ID, and upon voluntary connection of Yandex Disk for file backup.
  • Apple Inc. (USA) — when using Sign in with Apple.
  • YooKassa (NKO "YuMoney", Russia) — processing web subscription payments; bank card details are not shared with the Controller.
  • Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC) — technical relay of support requests to the Controller and related notifications; the request text and, where necessary, the Data Subject's email are transmitted.
  • Bambu Lab Cloud (servers us.mqtt.bambulab.com or cn.mqtt.bambulab.com) — only upon the Data Subject's voluntary connection of a Bambu Lab cloud account: that account's email and the serial numbers of linked printers are transmitted to obtain live print status.
  • The Controller's own mail server (domain 3dprintpricing.pro, Russia) — sending transactional emails (registration confirmation, password reset, notifications).

Full terms and cross-border transfer details are described in the "Data Recipients and Cross-Border Transfers" section of the Privacy Policy.

7. Validity Period

This consent is valid from the moment it is granted until the processing purposes are achieved or the consent is withdrawn by the Data Subject — whichever occurs first.

8. Withdrawal Procedure

The Data Subject may withdraw this consent at any time in one of the following ways:

  • in the personal cabinet, via Profile → "Delete account";
  • by sending an email to print.calculator.3d@gmail.com with the subject "Withdrawal of PD processing consent" and the account's email address.

Upon withdrawal, the Controller stops processing and destroys the personal data within 30 days of receiving the request (Art. 21(4), 152-FZ), except for data the Controller is required to retain on other legal grounds. After withdrawal, further use of the Service becomes impossible — its functionality requires processing of the data listed in Section 2.

9. Confirmation of Being Informed

The Data Subject confirms that they have read the Privacy Policy, understand its content, and agree to the terms of processing of their personal data, including retention periods, the list of third-party recipients, protective measures, and the rights set out in Articles 14–21 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
