Support: AI assistant and live operators

How to create a request, get a quick answer from the AI, call a human and see what's new.

Support opens from the profile menu (top right corner); it is the last item before "Log out".

How it works

The section has four tabs: "Requests", "Articles", "Knowledge base" (this help) and "What's new" (the changelog).

  1. Open "Requests" and click "+ New request".
  2. Enter a subject and text, attach photos if you like, and click "Send".
  3. The AI assistant answers first; its messages are marked with an icon. Often that is enough.
  4. If the answer didn't help, click "Hand over to a human" and the request goes to a live operator.
  5. Operators are available from 10:00 to 20:00 Moscow time. Outside these hours, for urgent questions there is the community Telegram channel.

Request statuses: "Open", "Waiting for you" (your reply is needed) and "Closed". You can't reply to a closed request; create a new one. An unread reply shows as a counter in the menu and a red dot on the avatar.

Frequently asked questions

What should I include in a request? The section, what you did, what you expected and what you got; a screenshot speeds up the answer.

Where can I check whether it has been fixed? On the "What's new" tab: version, date and list of changes.

If something goes wrong

The AI's answer is inaccurate: click "Hand over to a human". You can't log in to your account or write: use the support Telegram channel.
