Analytics: overview, finance, production and customers
One section with four tabs and a shared period filter: revenue, profit, costs, printer payback and customers.
The "Analytics" section combines the former "Finance" and "Statistics". On the website it is fully open on the Web Plus plan; on other plans the content is blurred with a prompt to connect Web Plus. The finance module is also available in the app on the Pro plan.
How it works
Choose a period at the top (day, week, month, year) — the filter is shared across all tabs.
- "Overview". Profit and print hours for today, revenue, net profit and margin compared with the previous period, a 12-month trend, and the top 5 most and least profitable models.
- "Finance". Cash flow (paid and unpaid), cost structure (material, electricity, depreciation, labor, consumables, packaging, etc.), deductions (tax, marketplace commission), and profit before and after. Clicking a category drills down to the specific orders, where you can mark payment. CSV export is available.
- "Production". Print hours, top materials and colors, payback of each printer, the order flow and actual defects.
- "Customers & channels". Money "frozen" in stock, sales by channel (marketplaces and direct), top 8 clients, status funnel, cancelled orders.
Important: accounting is cash-based. Revenue, profit, tax and commission are calculated only for orders marked as paid, regardless of status. An unpaid, non-cancelled order goes into "Accounts receivable". Cancelled orders are not counted anywhere. Orders "for self" are not counted as revenue either.
FAQ
Why is my revenue lower than I expected? Mark completed orders as paid — without that, the money is not considered real.
What if I have a lot of orders? The page loads up to 5000 orders and warns you: "showing the last N of M — totals may be incomplete".
If something goes wrong
The section is blurred — you need Web Plus. Marketplace profit differs from the marketplace's report — until reconciliation, a commission estimate is used; see Marketplace finance.
