Searching your account

Unified search looks across orders, clients, filaments, models, printers, dryers, marketplaces and tax regimes at once.

How it works

1. Type your query in the search field in the site header and press Enter — the results page opens with your query already filled in.
2. Search works "on the fly"; there is no "Find" button. Case does not matter, and partial words are matched.
3. For an order, search covers the model name, material, printer, tags and note; for a client — name, email, phone, tax ID (INN), address and note; for a filament — name, brand and type.
4. Each result shows a type icon, a title, a short caption and a category badge. Clicking it takes you to the relevant section.

FAQ

Do hotkeys like Cmd+K work? No, search opens through the field in the header.

Does search cover all orders? It checks the orders already loaded on the page (up to the last 1000). For older orders, use the filters in the "Orders" section.

If something goes wrong

Nothing is found — check your keyboard layout and typos, and try part of a word. If the order you need is old, open the "Orders" section and find it by date or status.
