How to connect Trendyol to the portal: Supplier ID, API keys, batch stock updatesBeta

This integration is in beta: it follows the marketplace's official documentation, errors are possible — check orders and stock in the marketplace's seller account.

Trendyol connects with three details from your seller account: the Supplier ID, an API Key and an API Secret. The portal pulls orders (shipment packages) onto your kanban in lira, sets the package to "Picking" when you pack it, cancels with a Trendyol reason, and uploads stock and prices in batches.

The integration follows the Trendyol documentation. It has not yet been verified against a live account.

2. Before you start

  • A Trendyol seller account (Seller Panel) with an active contract.
  • Access as the account's main (master) user: only the master user can see the API details.
  • Product barcodes in Trendyol that match the barcodes or SKUs of your items in the portal.
  • The Web Plus plan: the "Marketplaces" section is available on it (currently in beta).
  • The marketplace connections permission for your role in the workshop.

3. Where to get the Supplier ID and keys

  1. Sign in to the Trendyol Seller Panel as the main (master) user: other users do not see this section.
  2. Open Account Details → Integration Details.
  3. Copy the Supplier ID, the API Key and the API Secret.

4. Connect in the portal

  1. Open "Marketplaces" → "Connections" and click "Connect" next to Trendyol.
  2. Enter the Supplier ID, API Key and API Secret.
    • The Supplier ID is digits only, at most 13. Trendyol accepts a User-Agent header of at most 30 characters, and the portal builds it as "Supplier ID - 3DPrintPricing". The finished header is shown under the field. If there are more than 13 digits, the form shows an error before submitting.
  3. The country (Turkey), currency (lira) and time zone (Istanbul) are filled in automatically.
  4. Environment. For normal work, keep the live account. The "Trendyol test environment (stage)" works only after Trendyol adds our servers' IP addresses to its allowlist; without that, the key check ends with an access error.
  5. The portal checks access and saves the keys after a successful check.
  6. In the connection settings, turn on the kinds of write you need: "Order actions", "Stock", "Prices".

You do not need to choose a warehouse: Trendyol accepts stock by barcode.

5. Orders

Returned, UnDeliveredThe column does not change; an entry appears on the "Returns" tab
  • Currency. The order total is stored in the package currency (usually lira; for international orders, the storefront currency). In the card and finance the total appears in your workshop currency at the rate of the day the order first appeared; the rate does not change afterwards.
  • Total. A line price is calculated as gross minus the seller's discount. A discount that Trendyol pays is reimbursed to you by Trendyol, so it does not reduce your revenue.
  • Stock. A linked item is written off once, when the order appears, and cancellation returns it once. Returns do not restock the warehouse by themselves.
  • Deadline. The agreed delivery date appears in the order card, the calendar and "To-do".
  • Partial cancellation. When Trendyol cancels some lines, it issues a new package: in the portal the old card is cancelled and the new package arrives as a new card.

Actions on the order page

  • "Pack": sets the package to "Picking" on Trendyol.
  • Cancel: pick the reason from Trendyol's list (out of stock, defective, wrong price, wrong photo, wrong barcode or quantity, integration error, bulk purchase, force majeure); the list comes from the server and is shown in the common cancel window. All lines of the package are cancelled.

Everything goes through a queue behind four write locks; the result and Trendyol's error text are shown in the "Log".

6. Stock and prices

  • Stock and prices are sent in one batch by barcode (up to 1,000 items; more than that goes in several batches).
  • Trendyol does not process a batch immediately: changes are applied after it confirms, usually within a few minutes. Until then the upload is shown in the log as waiting for the marketplace's response.
  • The portal records "uploaded" only after Trendyol reports that the batch has been completed. If the batch is rejected, the operation gets the status "error" with Trendyol's text, the desired and uploaded stock do not change, and you see the reason.
  • The product catalogue is pulled from Trendyol's approved products (barcode, SKU, price).

7. Limitations

  • The portal does not load the cargo label, tracking number or Trendyol's financial reports.
  • Returns are visible but do not restock the warehouse: inspect the item and put it back manually.
  • The test environment is available only after Trendyol enables the IP addresses of our servers.
  • The live Trendyol account has not been verified yet; the results of batch processing are checked against the first uploads.

8. Common errors

ErrorCauseWhat to do

9. Security

  • The keys are stored encrypted and are not shown after saving.
  • Writing to Trendyol is enabled separately: by default the portal only reads.
  • You can pause the connection.
  • Requests to Trendyol go through the portal's server in Finland.
  • Permissions: "Marketplace orders", "Marketplace listings", "Marketplace finance".
