Team: members, roles and permissions (Web Team)

Team is available on the Web Team plan (500 ₽/month or 5000 ₽/year): up to 5 team members with their own logins and passwords.

How it works

1. Open "Settings → Team" and the "Invite" tab. Enter the team member's email, choose a role and click "Invite". The team member will receive an email.
2. The "Members" tab shows the "Invited" and "Active" statuses, and lets you change a role, "Reset password" (the team member gets a temporary password and is signed out on all devices) or "Remove" (you can invite them again later).
3. The "Roles & access" tab shows what each role can see.

Built-in roles:

• Owner — all sections.
• Co-owner — the same permissions except managing the workshop itself: only the Owner can transfer or delete it.
• Operator — orders, calendar, production, clients, printers, models, calculator. No warehouse, analytics, documents or settings; amounts are hidden (see "See money" below).
• Storekeeper — warehouse: filament, resins, equipment, finished goods, packaging and write-offs.

The "See money" permission. A separate switch in the role card. Without it, a team member doesn't see costs, prices, profit or purchase prices — the site and the app show "hidden" instead of amounts — and can't set them either: prices don't change on create or edit, and a sale from stock uses the price from the item card or the previous sale. Built-in roles don't get it by default — turn it on for roles that need amounts.

"New role" creates your own (for example, "Sales manager"): permissions are granted by section, with the groups "Production", "Warehouse", "Documents & finance", "Integrations", "Marketplaces", "Calculation templates". Only a role that isn't assigned to anyone can be deleted.

App. A team member signs in to the app with their own email and works with the workshop's data according to their role — see How to connect a team member to the app. Full phone sync with the workshop is for the owner and co-owner only. Features follow the owner's plan, and no store purchase is offered to the team member.

FAQ

How much does a team member seat cost? There's no separate charge; the limit is 5 people. Storage space is shared across the whole team.

What if I don't renew Web Team? Team members' access is suspended and the data stays; the team member sees a "contact the owner" banner.

If something's wrong

Can't invite — you've reached the limit of 5 team members or the plan isn't Web Team. A team member doesn't see a section — check their role's permissions.
