Linking Telegram and messenger notifications

The @PrintPricingMastersBot bot sends notifications to the maker and (through a separate link) to your clients. Telegram linking and basic notifications are available on all plans, including Lite.

How it works

For the maker.

1. "Profile → Notifications" → the Telegram link card → "Link".
2. The bot opens: confirm the link with the start command.
3. You can unlink with the "Unlink" button next to the "Linked" status.

What the bot sends (any plan): an overdue order, filament running out and a purchase forecast, print finished or failed, maintenance, subscription ending, and a teaser of the weekly digest (turn it off with the "Weekly business digest" switch). Web Plus only: AI insights, the full weekly digest, client notifications, marketplace alerts. In addition, the maker receives online invoice payments, new requests, reviews and moderation results from the makers' catalog, and printer alerts from the monitoring agent.

For the client. In the client card, click "Invite to Telegram" — the client follows the link and receives the order status and a review request after completion. This is a separate link.

Mini app. The bot's menu button opens the FDM and SLA calculator right in Telegram without installing the app — the same account, no separate registration needed.

The technical support bot is a different bot; it is used to chat with the administrator.

FAQ

The bot stopped writing. If you blocked the bot, the link is reset — link it again.

The client doesn't receive statuses. The client must follow the invitation link in the bot themselves.

If something's wrong

The "Link" button doesn't open Telegram — open the link on a device where it is installed. Notifications are duplicated — check the type switches in "Profile → Notifications".
