Profile: name, email, password and the danger zone
What you can change in your profile, where to see your plan and storage, how to change your email and password, wipe data or delete your account.
The profile opens from the avatar menu at the top right. It has the tabs "Profile", "Security", "Notifications" and "Danger zone".
How it works
- "Profile". Upload an avatar and change your name ("Save profile"). Here you'll also find the plan card with the end date, the "Storage" bar, push and Telegram. If your email isn't verified, a "Resend the email" button appears under the address.
- "Security". Changing your password: the current one (if you have one), a new one of at least 8 characters, and a repeat. Changing your email: enter the new address, click "Send code", and enter the code from the email. A list of active sessions.
- "Notifications". Alert channels and types — see Notifications.
- "Danger zone". "Wipe data" erases orders, clients, warehouse and so on, but keeps the account and subscription. "Delete account" deletes the account completely and irreversibly. Both actions are confirmed with a link from an email.
The profile menu also has "Subscription", "Partners" and "Support" (a counter and a red dot on the avatar indicate an unread reply).
FAQ
Can I change my password many times in a row? No more than 5 times in 15 minutes.
What happens to my data after wiping? It is deleted permanently; make a backup first.
If something's wrong
The email change button doesn't send a code — check the address and password. The wipe or deletion confirmation email didn't arrive — check "Spam" and try again.
