Free trial and renewing your subscription early

How to get 21 days of Web Plus for free (a verified email is required) and how to renew early without losing your remaining days.

Every new account can try Web Plus once for 21 days, free, with no card.

How it works

Free trial.

  1. Verify your email using the link in the message. If the account was created through Google, Apple or Yandex with a verified email, no verification is needed.
  2. Open "Profile → Subscription" and click "Try 21 days free" on the Web Plus card (or "Try for free" in the app).
  3. The plan turns on immediately. When the period ends, the account returns to its previous plan — but only up to the date it was paid through; if that date has passed, to Lite (or to the lifetime plan, if you have one).

If your email isn't verified, the button is replaced by "Resend the email". If the account has no email (created through VK without an email), add one in your profile. Registering via a referral link gives a separate bonus — 7 days of Web Plus, see Referral program.

Renew early. At any time, the "Subscription" page has a "Renew" button on your current plan (for a month or a year). The paid period is added to the end date, so your remaining days aren't lost. A trial or gifted subscription is renewed the same way. Auto-renewal is turned on with a checkbox at payment (YooKassa only): the amount is charged a day before the end, and the reminder email states the exact amount.

FAQ

Can I get the trial a second time? No, it's once per account and is available as long as Web Plus hasn't been active on the account.

I don't see the "Renew" button. It's shown on your current web plan on the "Subscription" page; if you paid through the App Store or Google Play, renewal is managed by the store.

If something's wrong

The trial doesn't turn on — check your email verification. The email didn't arrive — see Email not arriving.
