Invoice, completion certificate, offer contract and receipt
When to use each of the four documents and how to create new documents based on existing ones.
These four documents are created on the website. Without a watermark and with free text they are available on the Web Plus plan; on lower plans the document is still created, but with a watermark and fixed text.
How it works
When to use which:
- "Invoice" (payment invoice): bill an amount before work starts, with bank details.
- "Completion certificate" (act of work performed): a closing document after you hand over an order to a company or sole proprietor.
- "Offer contract": a contract template for 3D printing work.
- "Payment receipt": a paper for the client confirming you received money from an individual. It does not replace the mandatory "Moy Nalog" receipt for self-employed people.
Creating them works the same way: "Documents" → the card for the document type. Click the card to set the number prefix, VAT, blocks and text, then "Create": choose a client, a date, one or more orders (items and total are pulled in), and edit lines if needed. Save the PDF, and if you like, download Word or send it to the client.
"Create based on". In the document menu: from an invoice, a completion certificate, delivery note or UPD; from a contract, an invoice or completion certificate; from a CP, an invoice. The client, items, totals and VAT carry over automatically, and the PDF prints "Basis: ...".
Documents are grouped in a "client → type" tree with filters by type, client and dates.

If something goes wrong
The PDF layout is off with many items: refresh the page and recreate the document. The email to the client isn't going out: sending is only possible to your own address or the email from the client's card.
