Let clients pay an invoice online through your YooKassa
How to connect your YooKassa store so a client can pay an invoice via a link or QR code, with the money going straight to you. This feature is available as a pilot.
The money goes directly to your YooKassa store (YooKassa is a Russian payment service). The platform never sees it and takes no commission on these payments. This is currently a pilot: the platform owner enables it for workshops one by one. If the "Invoice payments (YooKassa)" card is not in "Settings → Integrations", the feature is not enabled for you yet. Contact support.
How it works
- In your YooKassa account, find your shopId and secret key.
- In "Settings → Integrations", open the "Invoice payments (YooKassa)" card and connect your store.
- The "Invoice" document gets a "Client link" (in the invoice menu), and the invoice PDF automatically prints a QR code pointing to that link. In the 9.0 app, the same is available from the "Client links" block (Web Plus).
- The client opens the page, taps "Pay" and pays.
- After payment, the linked orders are automatically marked as paid, and you get a Telegram notification (if your bot is linked).
Tapping "Pay" again returns the same link as long as the invoice amount has not changed. If a client pays through an old link after the amount changed, the orders are not marked automatically: you get a warning with the amount and payment ID and decide whether an extra payment or a refund is needed.
FAQ
What does the client see if something fails? "Payment is temporarily unavailable — you can pay using the bank details." You will get a message with the reason.
The payment is processing. What should I do? The page checks the status by itself; there is no need to pay again.
What if an employee needs to see the setting? Employees get access from the workshop owner.
If something is wrong
There is no "Pay" button: the store is not connected, the pilot is not enabled, or the invoice is missing the client's email or phone. The order was not marked as paid: check the Telegram notification, as the invoice amount may have changed.
