Slicer file in the app: "Share" and SLA from a file

Send a .gcode, .3mf or .stl file from your slicer to the app and the calculation opens with the weight, time and material already filled in.

Don't enter grams and hours by hand: "share" the sliced file with the app.

How it works

  1. In your slicer or file manager, tap "Share" and choose 3D Print Pricing.
  2. The app opens the calculator with the file's data already in it.
  3. G-code and 3MF are parsed by the server and require you to be signed in: the weight, print time and model name are filled in, and the filament from your warehouse is matched by type and color. Without signing in, a 3MF is read on the phone (the exact weight from Bambu Studio or Orca, or an estimate from the volume), while for G-code the app asks you to sign in.
  4. STL opens in the viewer with a weight estimate.
  5. For SLA there is a "From slicer file" button (.gcode or .3mf): it fills in the milliliters of resin, supports, number of layers, time and name. The same happens if you share a file while SLA mode is on.

If the file contains several materials, the whole weight currently goes to the main filament, and the app will tell you so.

FAQ

Chitubox and Lychee files? The .ctb, .cbddlp and .lys formats are not supported.

How do I share a 3MF from Bambu Studio? Export the project with the slicing result ("Export plate sliced as 3MF").

If something goes wrong

The calculator opened empty or without weight: the project was exported without slicing, or you are not signed in to parse G-code. For more about formats, see Slicer files.
