QR scanning in the app: orders and spools

Point the camera at a label printed on the website to change an order's status, mark it as paid or write off filament.

Scanning speeds up work in the workshop. Labels are printed on the website. See QR labels.

How it works

  1. In the app, open "Orders" and tap "Scan QR".
  2. Point the camera at a label.
  3. Order: choose "Next status", "Mark as paid", or open the order itself.
  4. Spool: choose "Write off" (the write-off dialog opens) or open the spool.
  5. A link from a label opened on your phone also leads to the app.

The search runs on the data stored on your phone, so for reliable results keep sync turned on (Web Plus) and make sure new orders have already loaded before you change anything. The scanner does not replace the order card: it offers quick actions only. If a record was created recently and is not synced yet, the app will answer "not found". A label from another workshop shows a clear message.

FAQ

Do I need to allow camera access? Yes, the first time you start the scanner. If you declined, turn on camera access in your phone settings.

Does it scan Chestny Znak (Honest Mark) codes? That is a separate feature on the Pro plan: DataMatrix scanning inside an order.

If something goes wrong

"Not found": sync your data and try again. The app does not open from a link: update the app and the website to the latest versions.
