Live printer status in the app
Status, progress, time remaining, file and AMS spools for printers connected on the website, right in the app.
In app version 9.0 you can see what a printer is doing right now without opening the website.
How it works
- Connect the printer to monitoring on the website, through the agent or the cloud. See Printer monitoring.
- In the app, open the printers screen or an order card with the status "Printing".
- You will see the printer state, progress, time remaining, file name and AMS spools. The data refreshes about every 12 seconds while the screen is open.
This works for accounts with printers connected on the website, on a paid plan. If a printer is not connected to monitoring, the order's progress is estimated from the calculated print time. Print history, printer-reported failures and AMS write-offs stay on the website. See Prints from printer data.
FAQ
Will I get a "print finished" push notification on my phone? Not yet, this notification is in development. Print-finished notifications already arrive in Telegram and in the browser.
Why is there no camera? The camera is shown only by the agent on the website.
If something goes wrong
The status is not updating: check that the agent or cloud link is active on the website and that the app screen is open. The printer is not visible: it is not connected to monitoring, or you are on the free plan.
