File storage: quotas and alerts

How much space for photos, 3D files and PDFs each plan gives, how to see how much is used, and what happens when space runs out.

Photos, 3D models (STL, 3MF), slicer files and PDFs share the workshop's storage space. The quota depends on the owner's plan.

How it works

  • Lite and Basic — 1 GB.
  • Pro (and lifetime) — 2 GB.
  • Web Plus (and trial) — 5 GB.
  • Web Team — 10 GB for the whole team: team members use the owner's space.

You can see how much is used in "Profile → Storage": a fill bar, the amount per plan, and a "Get more storage" button (it leads to a plan upgrade).

Alerts. When storage reaches 80, 95 and 100%, you get an email, a Telegram message (if linked) and a push notification, and on the site there's an entry in the bell. Emails can be turned off in "Profile → Notifications" → "Storage filling up".

If space has run out or your subscription has expired. Nothing is deleted: everything already uploaded can still be opened and downloaded, and only new uploads are blocked — with a clear message instead of "Upload error". You can free up space by deleting unneeded photos and files, or upgrade your plan. A separate "limit exceeded" email is sent if, after your plan ends, you have more files than the new limit allows.

Buying extra space in packs and storing heavy files on your own Yandex.Disk or Google Drive are planned for version 10.1.

In the app, the overall file limit is 1 GB per account, with no more than 50 MB per file.

FAQ

Does deleting an order free up space? Space is freed by deleting the photos and files attached to records themselves.

What about data copies? Cloud backup does not take up your storage.
