Photo won't upload: out of space
What to do if uploading a photo, 3D file or PDF stops with a storage quota message.
If the quota is used up, new files are not accepted, but everything already uploaded stays available.
How it works
- Open "Profile → Storage" and look at the fill bar. The quota depends on your plan: 1 GB on Lite and Basic, 2 GB on Pro, 5 GB on Web Plus, 10 GB on Web Team (for the whole team).
- Delete photos, 3D files and PDFs you don't need from your records: old orders, duplicate models, test photos.
- Or upgrade your plan with the "Get more storage" button.
- Try the upload again.
Also check other causes: a single file must not exceed the allowed size (in the app, up to 50 MB), and for avatar photos and a master's portfolio, up to 10 MB.
A reminder arrives in advance: at 80, 95 and 100% full (email, Telegram, push and a line in the bell). If your subscription has ended and you have more files than the new limit, nothing is deleted: only new uploads are blocked.
If a slicer file didn't attach to a calculation, the calculation itself (grams and time) is still returned, just without the file.
FAQ
Can I buy extra space? Buying it in packs and connecting your own Yandex Disk or Google Drive are planned for version 10.1. For now, only a plan upgrade is available.
Will my data be lost if I exceed the quota? No.
If something goes wrong
You freed up space but the upload still doesn't work: refresh the page and check the file format and size. If the photo still won't upload, write to support with the name of the section.
