Marketplace log and alerts

The "Log" records every action with the marketplaces, and alerts tell you about important things on time.

How it works

Log. The "Log" tab is a table: date, time, marketplace, action, object, status and "Who" (an employee, "Automatically (kanban)", "Marketplace notification" or "System"). You can filter by marketplace, action, status, employee and period. Clicking a row shows "before → after": what changed in the price, stock, listing or order, whether the marketplace accepted it, and the text of its error. Finance loads are recorded too.

Alerts. "Profile → Notifications → Marketplace alerts" (Telegram and push). Each event has its own switch:

• new order;
• order cancelled by the buyer or the marketplace;
• buyer asks to cancel (with a deadline for your decision);
• return or non-pickup;
• "today is the last shipping day and the order is not packed";
• listing rejected (with the reason);
• listing passed moderation (off by default);
• product out of stock on the marketplace;
• error sending to the marketplace;
• connection problem or key expires in a week.

Settings are personal: each workshop member has their own. Alerts go to the owner, co-owners and employees with access to marketplace orders. Each event is sent once; the first history load after connecting sends nothing; if there are many events, they are combined into one message. The text includes a link to the relevant tab.

FAQ

Do I need Web Plus? Yes, marketplace alerts are part of Web Plus. Telegram linking is available on any plan; see Telegram.

The log is empty. That means there have been no actions through the portal on the marketplaces yet.

If something is wrong

Alerts are not arriving: check the Telegram link and the switches; an employee needs the permission for marketplace orders. A row is missing from the log: the action was done directly in the marketplace's own account.
