Calendar: order deadlines, to-dos and sync
A monthly calendar of orders, appointments and to-dos with two-way sync with Google and Apple Calendar.
The calendar gathers order deadlines and everything else you need to remember.
How it works
- Open "Calendar". The view is monthly, and the week starts on Monday. The arrows page through months, and "Today" returns you to the current one.
- There are five event types, each in its own color: "Order" (taken from the order deadline), "Appointment" (for example, a call), "To-do" (with a checkbox), "Maintenance" (for equipment) and "Other".
- Clicking an empty spot in a day creates an event, and clicking a card opens editing: title, description, date, time, and an "all day" mode. Deleting asks for confirmation.
- For a "To-do", the completion checkbox is right on the card, and completed items are struck through.
- An "Order" event is read-only: the deadline is changed on the order's own page (the dialog has a "Go to order" link). Orders cannot be dragged around the calendar.
- If a day has more than three events, a "N more" label is shown.
- The shipping deadline of marketplace orders is also visible in the calendar and in "To-do".
Sync. The "Connect calendar" button leads to "Settings → Integrations". Google Calendar and Apple/iCloud (via an app-specific password) are supported. Sync is two-way: deleting an event deletes it on the other side too.
FAQ
Why can't I drag an order? The deadline is part of the order; change it in the order card.
How do I avoid losing an event? Create to-dos in the calendar — they sync with your phone's calendar.
If something goes wrong
The connection broke off on the Google page — start it again in the same browser. An event did not appear in the external calendar — wait a minute and check that the connection is active in "Settings → Integrations".
