Client portal: proposal, invoice and review by link

The client does not need an account: the link itself serves as the pass. Open it and you will see the page.

How it works

• Proposal approval. In "Documents" or on the client card, create a link to the commercial proposal (CP) ("Link for the client", the chain icon). The client clicks "Approve" or "Decline" (with a comment); the decision can be changed. The status is shown next to the document, and you receive an email.
• Order portal. Shows the client the proposal and the order status. In app 9.0 the link is created from the order card: the "Client links" block (Web Plus), and you can send it via "Share".
• Invoice. The invoice link opens without registration. If payment via YooKassa is connected, the page has a "Pay" button; otherwise the client sees the invoice with bank details.
• Review. The "Request a review" button generates a link to the form for a completed order. The review comes in for requests from the makers catalog. If the client is linked to Telegram, a rating request may be sent automatically after the order is completed.
• Request status. A client from the makers catalog sees the progress of their request via their own link.

FAQ

Is this safe? The link is secret; do not publish it openly. Clicking "Issue invoice" again returns the same invoice, and "Issue a new invoice" is for when the price has changed.

Do I need a plan? Links from the order card in the app are included in Web Plus.

If something goes wrong

• The client reports "Invoice not found" — the link is wrong or the invoice was deleted.
• Payment is "temporarily unavailable" — the client can pay using the bank details on the page; you will receive a notification with the reason.
