Printer maintenance and reminders
Six maintenance tasks, intervals in hours and days, the "Serviced" button and reminders.
Timely maintenance extends the life of your printer. The service tells you when it's time to lubricate the axes or replace the nozzle.
How it works
Six tasks are available for each printer: nozzle, axis and belt lubrication, Z-screw lubrication, extruder, nozzle wear and full maintenance.
- Default intervals are set in "Settings → Maintenance".
- On the printer card, in the "Maintenance" section, enable the tasks you need and adjust the intervals. A task falls due by print hours or by days, whichever comes first.
- The "health" bar shows the overall condition.
- After doing the work, click "Serviced" and the history is recorded.
- Reminders arrive in the notification bell, by email, in Telegram and as browser push notifications. Maintenance tasks are also visible in the calendar with the "Maintenance" type.
FAQ
What are the hours based on? On the printer's operating hours: the total print hours across orders and "for myself" orders.
Can I turn off a task I don't need? Yes, each task is enabled separately on the printer.
If something goes wrong
A reminder didn't arrive: check the channel in "Profile → Notifications", see Notifications. Operating hours aren't growing: hours are counted only for orders that reached printing, or for "for myself" orders.
