Order: ten statuses and working with the card

What each of the ten statuses means, where to change them and what you can do on the order page.

An order has a status (the stage of work), and payment is marked separately with the "Paid" checkbox.

How it works

The ten statuses:

  1. Negotiation: you are discussing with the client.
  2. Confirmed: the client agreed.
  3. Printer assigned: a printer is assigned to the order (from an external integration or manually).
  4. Printing: printing is in progress.
  5. Packing: assembly and packaging for shipping; orders from the warehouse and marketplaces end up here. See Packing.
  6. Delivery: on its way to the client.
  7. Done: the order is closed successfully.
  8. Print error: the print failed.
  9. Cancelled.
  10. Closed: the archive of a successfully completed order, a step after "Done", not a cancellation.

On the order page there is a "ladder" of seven steps: Negotiation → Confirmed → Printer assigned → Printing → Packing → Delivery → Done. Click a step to change the status and, if you like, set a date. "Print error", "Cancelled" and "Closed" are chosen in a separate menu next to it. The status can also be changed by dragging the card on the production board.

On the order page: "Edit" (name, status, deadline, tags, notes), "Recalculate" (opens the calculator), "Repeat order", "Request a review" (for "Done" and "Closed"), the "Client" block with payment, advance and tips, the documents block and "Client links" (invoice, portal). In the app, the page is split into the tabs "Overview", "Calculation" and "Client".

FAQ

When is material written off? At the first transition to "Printing", "Packing", "Delivery", "Done" or "Closed".

Deadlines on the home page? It shows orders due within the next 72 hours.

If something goes wrong

An app older than 9.0 shows "Packing" as "Delivery": update the app. An order from a marketplace is marked "Imported via API": its statuses are moved by the marketplace. See Order sync.
