Repeat an order

A regular client orders the same thing? Don't calculate again, just repeat the order.

How it works

1. Open the order and click "Repeat order". Or, in the card menu on the kanban board, choose "Repeat" (right-click or the "⋮" button).
2. The site creates a new order with the status "Negotiation", today's date and the same calculation, and opens it right away.
3. Prices stay the same. To recalculate them at current rates, click "Recalculate".

What isn't copied: payment, advance and tips, due date, queue position, tracking number, commercial proposal (CP), marking codes, marketplace link and the flag for a sale from stock. Stock isn't affected until the new order moves to printing.

FAQ

Can I repeat a service or a sale from stock? No, that is a limitation.

How is this different from a template? A template is a blank without a client, for many orders, while a repeat is a copy of one specific order. See Templates and drafts.

Does the copy count toward the Lite limit? Yes, it is a new order for a client.

If something goes wrong

There is no button for services and sales from stock, because they can't be repeated. You need to repeat an order with different materials: open the copy and click "Recalculate" after replacing the material.
