Ultrasonic baths, UV LED lamps and UV cure stations
How to keep track of the equipment you use to wash and cure SLA models so that its wear is included in your cost price.
For SLA printing, baths, lamps and stations are part of your cost price too. They are set up in three independent sidebar sections: "Ultrasonic baths", "UV LED lamps" and "UV cure stations".
How it works
- Open the section you need and click "New bath / New lamp / New station".
- Pick a preset from the built-in catalog (the price in it is approximate) or enter the brand and model manually.
- Fill in the power, the lifetime (service hours) and the purchase price. The app immediately shows the cost per hour of operation: wear plus electricity.
- The "Hours used" field helps you see how much of the lifetime is left. Mark equipment you use often as a favorite.
- In the calculator for SLA, choose the post-processing time. The cost per minute of equipment operation is included in the cost price.
You can switch between the "List / Icons" views, change prices in bulk and import data from Excel or CSV. Reference lists of popular models on the market are available on the public pages of the site.
FAQ
What is the limit on Lite? 2 items across all four types combined: dryers, baths, lamps and stations, not 2 for each type.
How is a "UV station" as equipment different from a "UV station" on the consumables shelf? The equipment is the device itself with its price and lifetime, while the shelf item is the consumable lamp resource.
If something goes wrong
Post-processing cost is zero: no washing or curing time is selected in the calculation. Can't find your model in the presets: enter the brand and model manually.
