A calculator and CRM for people who 3D print
3D Print Pricing is a cost calculator and CRM for 3D-printing workshops and makers. It works out the real cost of every print — material, electricity, printer wear, labor, taxes and marketplace fees — so you see an honest margin instead of a rough guess.
Everything else lives in the same place: orders and a kanban board, a warehouse for filament and finished goods, client documents, integrations with Ozon, Wildberries, Yandex Market and Avito (Beta), and printer monitoring. Free browser tools — model converter, G-code analyzer, lithophanes and more — open without signing up; downloading a finished model needs a free sign-in.
The service runs in the browser, on iOS and Android, and in Telegram.

Hi! I'm Ivan — a working 3D printer and the author of 3D Print Pricing. I count filament, electricity and printer hours myself, and I know how easy it is to sell a print at a loss: forget about nozzle wear, failed prints or marketplace fees.
I've worked in IT for more than six years, in information security. That's why I build the service the way I'd want it for myself: prices calculated honestly and workshop data stored safely. Today thousands of makers use 3D Print Pricing, and I keep developing it based on their requests.
Your orders, clients and prices are your business. To me, keeping that data safe matters more than any new feature.
How we keep your data
- The server and the entire database are located in Russia, in a Selectel data center in Moscow.
- Passwords are never stored in plain text — only a strong salted hash (PBKDF2).
- Keys for marketplaces and other connected services are stored encrypted.
- Database backups are encrypted; the decryption key is held only by me, offline.
- The website and the apps work over secure connections only (HTTPS).
