Finished goods warehouse
How to store finished prints with cost and quantity, sell without a new calculation and reprint in time.
The finished goods warehouse (Pro plan and above) is for people who print for stock or sell on marketplaces.
How it works
You can add a product in three ways:
- From the calculator: "Save to warehouse" instead of "Save order". The app asks whether to deduct material and packaging, and remembers the per-piece sale price and the expenses beyond material.
- From the catalog: "Send to warehouse" on a model.
- Manually: "Warehouse → Finished goods → Add": choose a model or enter a name, the quantity and the batch cost.
An item has a photo, a link to a model, cost, quantity and a "Description for the buyer" (it is filled into the marketplace listing). There are three display modes: list, grid, and dense grid with photos. Bulk actions change prices or delete in batches, and import from Excel and CSV helps you carry over stock from another system.
"Details" on a card shows "Sold (30 d)", sales channels, "lasts ~N d" based on sales pace, the last 5 sales and movements, profit and margin. An amber "Time to reprint" appears when the stock is less than 14 days of sales; the "Reprint" button opens the model in the calculator with the right quantity.
Frequently asked questions
What happens on a sale? The quantity decreases automatically and an order is created. See Selling from the warehouse.
What about products imported from a marketplace? They are highlighted with "From marketplace: check quantity and cost" until you click "Verified".
If something goes wrong
The quantity doesn't match reality: write off defects through "Write-offs" with a reason, which doesn't distort revenue. The warehouse is closed on your plan: the section is available from the Pro plan.
