Filament purchase forecast

How many days a spool will last at your consumption rate, the "Restock this week" block and the "runs out in N days" notification.

The website and app 9.0 tell you when it is time to order filament so printing doesn't stop in the middle of an order.

How it works

  • "Lasts ~N d". In the filament table under the stock (on the website), and in the filament list and spool card (in the app). It is calculated from average consumption over the last 30 days; if there was no consumption in the past month, over 90 days. If there is no consumption at all, there is no forecast.
  • "Restock this week". A block on the home page: what will run out in the next 14 days. Items that will last less than 7 days are marked red. The "Buy" button opens the link you entered yourself in the filament card. We don't insert affiliate links.
  • Notification. 5 days before it runs out you get a "runs out in N days" message (in the browser and Telegram), once. It works for spools that have the "Low stock threshold" turned on. After you restock, the counter resets.

Frequently asked questions

Why does a spool have no forecast? There was no consumption in the last 90 days, or the spool wasn't used in orders.

Does the forecast account for orders that haven't been printed yet? No, only actual consumption in the past period.

How do I turn on the notification? Set the "Low stock threshold" in the filament card and link Telegram. See Telegram.

If something goes wrong

The forecast differs greatly from reality: some orders may have been printed on manual material and didn't deduct from a spool. The "Buy" button didn't appear: add a purchase link to the filament card.
