Model catalog

How to save a model once and use it in calculations, in the warehouse and on your workshop storefront.

A model in the catalog is a product template: the materials, print time and price that you don't need to enter again.

How it works

  1. Open "Model Catalog → New model". Give it a name and, if you like, add a photo and a 3D file (STL or 3MF).
  2. Add up to 12 filament slots with grams. Both single-color and multicolor models work.
  3. Enter the print time, extra costs per piece and, if needed, a fixed "Price per piece". It will then be used in the order instead of a calculation based on cost.
  4. Choose the complexity: "Simple", "Medium" or "Complex". The complexity markup from your settings is added to the price.
  5. The "Send to calculator" button fills everything into a new calculation, and "Send to warehouse" creates a finished-goods item.

You can combine models into groups, drag them between groups, duplicate them ("Copy") for variants in another color or size, filter them by technology and search them by name.

Import from MakerWorld. Paste a MakerWorld model link in the calculator or the catalog, and the name and photo are pulled in automatically.

Storefront. The "Sell this model as a product" option puts the model on your workshop storefront. You need photos, an uploaded file and a separate file price.

FAQ

What is the limit on Lite? 15 models.

What does a group give me? A set of several models in one order. See Multi-model orders.

If something goes wrong

The "Sell this model as a product" option won't turn on: upload both a photo and the model file. A photo won't upload: you may have run out of space. See Photo won't upload.
