Marketplace not syncing

What to check if orders aren't arriving, statuses aren't updating or the connection shows an error.

Go through the steps from top to bottom. Most often the cause is the key or its permissions.

How it works

  1. Open "Marketplaces → Connections". The card shows the status, the key's expiry date and the time of the last sync.
  2. Click "Check permissions". The site shows "Permissions checked: N of M" or exactly what is missing. Add the needed permissions in the marketplace's account.
  3. Check the key's expiry. An expired key is reissued in the marketplace's account. Wildberries shows "Key valid until …".
  4. Click "Sync now". Orders are pulled in automatically every 10 minutes.
  5. Open the "Log". It shows the errors the marketplace returned.
  6. Check for a pause. The "Pause" button stops sending to the marketplace (order import continues).
  7. Yandex Market: if the key has several stores, choose the "Store" in the connection settings; "test orders" mode sees only test orders, while live mode sees real ones.

FAQ

An order arrived but isn't moving. The sync only moves cards forward and does not roll back what you set manually.

Alerts aren't arriving. Check the Telegram link and the switches in "Profile → Notifications".

All new orders go to "Confirmed". The product isn't linked to a warehouse item, or the warehouse has no stock.

If something is wrong

If nothing helped, write to support, including the marketplace, the shipment number and the time of the error from the log. The integration is in beta, so we look into unclear marketplace errors manually. The key must not reach third parties: if it leaked, reissue it in the marketplace's account.
