Shipments, labels and returns on marketplaces

The "Shipments" and "Returns" tabs in the "Marketplaces" section gather all connected marketplaces into one table.

How it works

• Orders. In an order you have "Pack", a PDF label (several orders can go in one file) and "Cancel" with a reason from the marketplace's list.
• Shipments. A table by date, marketplace, method and drop-off point, "hand over by" deadline, number of parcels and status (not created, created, confirmed). Buttons: "Create", "Confirm", "Act PDF", "Cancel". For Wildberries, a shipment is a supply (created automatically, then handed over to delivery, with a supply QR code available).
• Returns. Buyer cancellation requests, returns and non-pickups in one list: date, marketplace, type, shipment number, products, reason, status and the "Decide by" deadline (in red if less than a day is left). "Approve cancellation" and "Reject" right in the row. Items awaiting a decision come first, and above the table there is an "Awaiting decision: N" button.

Important. A returned item is not automatically added back to the warehouse: add it manually. Labeled goods ("Chestny Znak", the Honest Mark labeling system) are still packed in the Ozon account.

Actions on the marketplace are performed if writing ("Order actions") is turned on in the connection settings. By default, every action asks for confirmation; the "no confirmation" mode has to be turned on explicitly.

FAQ

Will I get a reminder about the shipping deadline? Yes, in "Marketplace alerts": "today is the last shipping day".

Can I cancel an order from the card on the kanban? Only if writing is turned on; otherwise cancel in the marketplace's account, and the kanban will update by itself.

If something is wrong

The "Create" and "Confirm" buttons are inactive: order actions are not turned on, or the key lacks permissions ("Check permissions"). A return request is not visible: refresh the tab with the "Refresh now" button.
