Products, prices and stock on marketplaces

The "Marketplaces → Products" section works with Ozon, Yandex Market and Wildberries (Ozon has been tested on a live account, the other marketplaces have been checked against their specifications).

How it works

• Products table. Photo, name with SKU, marketplaces with listing statuses, price, stock, cost and the link to the warehouse. Filters by marketplace and status (active, under moderation, rejected, archived, not listed) and search; the sort order is remembered.
• Import from a marketplace. When loading listings, keep the "Create warehouse items" checkbox ticked: each new listing gets an item in the warehouse (name, photo, description, price, stock). Such items are highlighted: "From marketplace: check quantity and cost". Enter the cost and click "Verified".
• "List on a marketplace". A wizard: category, attributes, a check before sending, moderation status, "Write text with AI". The item's description and photos are filled into the listing automatically.
• Prices with a "not below cost" safeguard: a change of more than 30% needs confirmation; selected products can be bulk "Recalculate prices". Yandex Market and Wildberries apply their own discount and commission rules.
• Stock: "from the finished goods warehouse", "made to order" or "manual". The push happens a few seconds after you edit the warehouse.

Writing to a marketplace is turned on with switches in "Connection settings": "Product listings", "Prices", "Stock", "Order actions". If the switches you need are missing or unavailable, writing is not enabled on the platform yet. Contact support.

FAQ

One SKU on several marketplaces? No duplicate item is created; stock comes from the warehouse.

Yandex Market doesn't pick up the photo. It doesn't fetch photos uploaded to the Market account by link, so such items are highlighted with "add a photo".

If something is wrong

A listing was rejected: the reason is shown as text from the marketplace, and an alert arrives. The price isn't going through: check the "Prices" switch and the "not below cost" safeguard.
