Connecting Ozon, Wildberries, Yandex Market and Avito

How to connect marketplace accounts with an API key, check the key's permissions, and what each marketplace can do. The section is available on Web Plus and is in beta.

In the "Marketplaces" section of the side menu, you connect marketplace accounts so that orders land on the kanban by themselves, and products, stock and finances are at hand. Connecting works on the website on the Web Plus plan.

How it works

  1. In the marketplace's account, create an API key. Step-by-step instructions on which permissions to tick and where to get the key: Ozon, Wildberries, Yandex Market, Avito. There is also a "Guide" button on each marketplace card.
  2. Open "Marketplaces" → "Connections" and click "Connect" next to the marketplace you need. Connecting goes step by step: key, check, done. The key is saved only after a successful connection check and is not shown afterward.
  3. Click "Check permissions": the site shows "Permissions checked: N of M" or exactly what the key is missing.
  4. In "Connection settings", choose the warehouse and store and turn on the types of actions you need on the marketplace (see below).
  5. The connection card shows the status, the key's expiry date and the last sync. The "Sync now", "Pause" and "Configure" buttons are right there.

What the marketplaces can do. Ozon, Wildberries and Yandex Market: orders to the kanban, products, prices, stock, packing, returns and finances. Avito works differently: it handles listings (views), messages, and a "Create order" button in a chat that creates a client and a draft order. Avito doesn't provide orders, commissions or finances through its API. For SberMegaMarket (Megamarket) there is no API connection, only the commissions directory.

Permissions and roles. Connections are managed by those with the "Marketplace connections" permission; marketplace products, orders and finances have separate permissions in the "Marketplaces" group in roles.

FAQ

Is it reliable? The section is marked as beta: Ozon has been tested on a live account, Yandex Market and Wildberries have been checked against specifications, and live testing continues. For now, double-check imported orders.

What does "Pause" do? It stops everything the portal sends to the marketplace; order import continues.

If something is wrong

The key is not accepted: check the permissions and the expiry date. The connection works but there are no orders: see Marketplace not syncing.
