How the calculator screen is laid out
An overview of the calculation form blocks from top to bottom: what each one does and where to find the field you need.
The calculator screen consists of a form on the left and a sticky "Cost breakdown" panel on the right. Below is what each block contains.
How it works
- Top row. Templates, "Drafts", "Start over" and "Paste a conversation" (AI fills in the client, model, quantity, deadline and material from the chat text). See Templates and drafts.
- "Advanced mode". The checkbox opens additional fields: operator and modeling work, price simulation and a detailed labor breakdown.
- FDM/SLA technology — if both are enabled in your account.
- "Model". The name, the source — "Catalog", "Group" or "Stock" — and the number of pieces. More details: Multi-model orders.
- "Material". Filament or resin, weight in grams (milliliters for resin), "Additional filaments" for multicolor printing, and the "From stock / Manual" switch.
- "Equipment". The printer, print time, dryer (FDM); for SLA — the UV station and the ultrasonic bath.
- "SLA post-processing". Gloves, wipes, IPA, FEP film, respirator, post-curing.
- "Labor". Operator, modeling and painting time.
- "Consumables & packaging". Consumables, assembly, packaging and delivery (including calculation via CDEK or Yandex Delivery).
- "Sale". Client, discount, tax regimes, and marketplace with commission. The "Order details" block holds the sale date, deadline, tags and notes.
- "Cost breakdown". Cost by group, price mode, complexity markup, services, marketing coefficient, the final price and profit (per piece too) and the save buttons.
FAQ
Why don't I see the "Labor" block? The needed rates are enabled in "Settings → Calculations", and some fields appear only in advanced mode.
Where do I change the defaults? In "Settings → Calculations": markup, rates, electricity.
If something goes wrong
If the form looks broken after an update, click "Start over" — you can get your calculation back within seven seconds with the "Undo" button. If the problem persists, write to support.
