Dental Resin is a separate category of resins for dentistry: diagnostic jaw models, surgical guides, aligner trays, temporary crowns. The key difference from generic resins is certification: materials that actually contact a patient's mouth or tissue must carry medical-device status and confirmed biocompatibility, not just a marketing "dental" label on the bottle.
